anyways, now that you are grossed out, you can look at a few pictures to remind you of how cute and precious the kiddos are. today was a beautiful day (a bit cold for the beginning of may, however). we put a blanket outside and the kiddos played around. i got this swing for kenzie this morning at a garage sale for 2 dollars.

you know you're a mom when...
you know you're a mom when you are telling everyone about your baby's pooping habits. last sunday i think i kind of freaked out a couple of our child-free friends when i was telling them about makenzie's latest pooping woes. as a mother of three, not much bothers me about poop these days. i've seen it all- diarrea, seeds, whole raisins, all of those newborn baby textures and colors. but makenzie gave me another of those poopy experiences... constipation! audrey and zach have never been constipated. i haven't ever seen a baby cry and be so uncomfortable as she was the other day. she just was crying and crying, and i smelled poop, so i was going to change her diaper. but when i opened it up,the poop was sticking half way out of her little patootie. i didn't know what to do. it wasn't coming out, so i grabbed a wet wipe, and tried to grab it and pull it out, but it went back in instead. i just thought great! now she'll have to go through all of that again. and of course, late that night she did. poor baby, it just got stuck. anyways, to make a long story short, i ended up having to put some ky jelly around the area so the little turd would slip out! i know that's gross. the doctor told us to give her benefiber every day, so now i make sure to give it to her, but sometime she still gets seriously constipated. i don't know what causes it.

we were doing superman with the kids, and i thought this may be a cute little picture with the blue sky and green trees above. they are different but cute!

Poor Makenzie. I would have been at a total loss as to how to help her. :(
Carleigh, those pics with your children "flying" are awesome! I especially like the one of Audrey with hair all up in the air. SO CUTE!!!!
you are blessed.
KY????!!!!!!!!!!I'm seriously dying here...at least I'll know what to do if/when Scarlett's poop is turtle-heading out!
SOOOOO FUNNY! And yeah, I keep doing that (freaking out my child-free friends - or else boring them to tears).
hahaha. i laughed so hard then showed thomas and he cracked up too. and then we awwwwed at kenzie and audrey and zach.
if it was a grown up i would say no processed foods and more fruits and alot of water. i don't know about babies though
i totally understand...i've had to do the same to logan when he was younger. andy blames mom and says the big poop genes come from her side of the family. :)
HAHA cracking up...poor kenzie though :( we did baby suppositories for shaun when he was a babe...prevention is better, i'm sure though...i think it can be hereditary
Love love love this post!!! hahaha! Such a mommy one for sure! ;) I definitely love your superman pictures!!! We will have to try those out! How fun! :)
